The EMS Council works collaboratively to strengthen and guide Spokane County's emergency medical services system through leadership, coordinated planning, and ongoing education. Our mission is to support a high-quality, integrated EMS system that equips providers with the training, resources, and partnerships needed to deliver exceptional care to the community.

The EMS Council is a collaborative body composed of Physicians, EMS leaders, fire chiefs, hospital systems, law enforcement, communications and dispatch services, and community members dedicated to strengthening our emergency medical services throughout Spokane County. We are committed to guiding system design, coordination, and ongoing education and training to help ensure EMS providers have the tools, training and skills to provide the best care possible to the Spokane community.
