How to become a Paramedic

What is the difference between a paramedic and an EMT?

Paramedics are a higher level of EMT, with 1,200–1,800+ hours of training. providing advanced life support (ALS), including IVs, medications, recognition and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and advanced airway management.
